Dalton Richardson serves as the Director of Auction Operations for Newton Auctions, where he leads the modernization of the company’s online presence and bidder experience. With five years of real estate industry experience and a background as a licensed Realtor, Apprentice Auctioneer (AL#3101), and marketing strategist, Dalton brings a forward-thinking and technology-driven perspective to every auction.
Dalton graduated from the Nashville Auction School in 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, earned in 2024. His educational background, paired with real-world experience, fuels his passion for building a modern, accessible, and competitive auction platform.
As the architect behind Newton Auctions’ digital transformation, Dalton is focused on elevating the online bidder experience through improved interfaces, mobile-friendly design, intuitive catalog layouts, and streamlined communication systems. His work positions Newton Auctions as a leader in digital auction innovation, ensuring bidders enjoy a seamless journey from first impression to final hammer.
In addition to advancing the online experience, Dalton oversees auction logistics, operational systems, and strategic marketing efforts across real estate, estate, and personal property auctions. He believes clarity, transparency, and user-centered digital design are essential to the future of the industry.
Outside of work, Dalton enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, Rachel, and their Aussiedoodle, Finn. The three of them love hiking, chasing waterfalls, taking the Jeep out on weekend adventures, and finding unique local restaurants.
